****Spring Pledge Drive Underway – Jazz90.1 Seeks $50,000
(Rochester, NY) March 13, 2012 – If you enjoy listening to Jazz90.1, show your support during the station’s spring 2012 membership campaign. Jazz90.1 (WGMC-FM) has set a goal of $50,000 for the drive, which runs March 12 until the goal is met. The station, one of the last 24-hour jazz radio stations in the country, relies solely on donations to survive financially. All donations are tax deductible.
The pledge drive will feature a variety of guest DJs and artist interviews.

****Spring Pledge Drive Underway – Jazz90.1 Seeks $50,000

(Rochester, NY) March 13, 2012 – If you enjoy listening to Jazz90.1, show your support during the station’s spring 2012 membership campaign. Jazz90.1 (WGMC-FM) has set a goal of $50,000 for the drive, which runs March 12 until the goal is met. The station, one of the last 24-hour jazz radio stations in the country, relies solely on donations to survive financially. All donations are tax deductible.

The pledge drive will feature a variety of guest DJs and artist interviews. Listeners are also invited to an open house at the Jazz90.1 studios, located inside the library media center at Olympia High School, 1139 Maiden Lane. Stop by between 5 and 7 p.m. on Friday, March 16 to make a donation in person and tour the studios. There are plenty of “thank you” gifts to go around, including Jazz90.1 clothing, CDs, DVDs, and more.
